(आभाषी दुनिया के प्रतिभाशाली मित्रों का एक-दूसरे से प्रत्यक्ष मिलन का एक अवसर)

5 एवं 6 मार्च,2016 को राजस्थान के गंगा-जमुनी तहज़ीब के सुंदर, ऐतिहासिक और धार्मिक शहर बीकानेर में आयोजित चौथे सोशल मीडिया मैत्री सम्मेलन की अपार सफलता के पश्चात पांचवां सोशल मीडिया मैत्री सम्मेलन आगामी 15 अप्रैल,2017 को विश्व विख्यात शहर अयोध्या (फैजाबाद) में होना प्रस्तावित है। इस बार पुनः इस आयोजन में फेसबुक, ट्वीटर, वाट्सअप आदि प्रमुख सोशल मीडिया साइट्स से जुड़े/खाताधारी, भारत और आसपास के देशों के विश्व मैत्री-भाईचारे में यकीन रखने वाले प्रतिभाशाली कलाकर्मियों/व्यक्तित्वों को शामिल किया जायेगा। इसमें स्थान सीमित है और पहले आओ-पहले पाओ के आधार पर प्रतिभाओं को आमंत्रित किया जायेगा। उपर्युक्त सम्मेलन के बारे में अन्य विवरण निम्न प्रकार से हैः 

1, इस सम्मेलन में साहित्य/पत्रकारिता/संगीत/गायन/अभिनय/नृत्य/रंगमंच/चित्रकारी/व्यंग्य चित्रकारी समाज सेवा आदि विभिन्न क्षेत्रों की देशी/विदेशी प्रतिभाएं अपने प्रदर्शन के साथ शामिल हो सकती हैं।

2, देशी-विदेशी प्रतिभाओं का अपनी भाषा के अलावा हिन्दी भाषा का काम चलाऊ ज्ञान आवश्यक है। बेशक वे सांस्कृतिक (गायन, नृत्य आदि की प्रस्तुति) गतिविधियों में अपनी भाषा में भागीदारी कर सकेंगे। 

3, एक दिवसीय इस सम्मेलन के विभिन्न सत्रों में प्रतिभागी परिचय/कवि सम्मेलन/सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम (गायन, वादन, नृत्य, हास्य) परिचर्चा और सम्मान के अलग-अलग अमूमन दो-दो घंटे के लगभग पांच सत्र होंगे। इसके अलावा चित्रकार/फोटोग्राफर/व्यंग्यकारों आदि के चित्रों की प्रदर्शनी भी मौके पर ही आयोजित की जाएगी। कोई भी प्रतिभागी अपनी कला के नमूने के साथ अधिकतम दो सत्रों के लिए निर्धारित प्रुप में अपनी प्रविष्टि भेज सकेगा और उसके लिए उसके चयन और समय/स्थिति के अनुसार कम से कम एक सत्र में शामिल होना/प्रतिभा का प्रदर्शन अनिवार्य होगा । 

4, परिचर्चा संगोष्ठी सम्मान में भाग लेने हेतु लगभग 300 शब्दों में "मैत्री-भाईचारे के प्रचार-प्रसार में सोशल मीडिया कितनी सफल कितनी असफल" के अलावा "सोशल साइट्स के खट्टे-मीठे अनुभव पर" सभी प्रतिभागियों के विचार सामान्य हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी भाषा में अधिकतम लगभग 250 शब्दों में आमंत्रित हैं। (नोटः परिचर्चा में भाग लेने के अलावा सभी प्रतिभागियों को प्रविष्टि के साथ उपर्युक्त किसी एक विषय पर अपना विचार भेजना आवश्यक है)

5, चयनित प्रतिभागियों के आवास (सामूहिक), भोजन आदि की एक दिवसीय (15 अप्रैल,17) सामान्य व्यवस्था निःशुल्क रहेगी परन्तु उन्हें अपने आने-जाने के रेल/बस अथवा हवाई आदि की यात्रा का खर्च स्वयं वहन करना होगा। जो प्रतिभागी अलग से अपने खर्च पर व्यक्तिगत आवास सुविधा या आयोजन तिथि से आगे-पीछे की तारीखों में रुकना चाहेंगे उनके लिए पूर्व सूचना पर सामान्य दरों पर आवास की व्यवस्था की जा सकेगी ।

6, सम्मेलन हेतु चयनित प्रतिभागियों को उनके जीवन वृत्त/उत्कृष्ट उपलब्धियों/और कला क्षेत्र के विशिष्ट प्रदर्शन के लिये स्मृति चिन्ह, प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान करने के अलावा उपयोगी पुस्तकें आदि भेंट की जायेंगी और उन्हें शाल/पटका ओढ़ाकर सोशल मीडिया मैत्री/विशिष्ट सोशल मीडिया प्रतिभा/सहभागिता सम्मान,2016 (अवार्ड) से समानित किया जायेगा। 

7, उपर्युक्त सम्मेलन में प्रतिभागिता की इच्छुक प्रतिभायें अपने कार्यों/उपलब्धियों के विवरण सहित अपना तैयार जीवन वृत्त अथवा नीचे दिए गए प्रारूप के अनुसार अपना पूरा विवरण, एक सिंगल तथा कुछ खास ईवेन्ट्स फोटोग्राफ्स/वीडियो (यदि हो) के साथ अधिकतम् 20 फरवरी,2017 (विदेशी प्रतिभाओं के मामले में 28 फ़रवरी,17) तक नीचे दिये गये ईमेल पर प्रेषित कर सकते हैं। तत्पश्चात् उन्हें उनकी योग्यतानुसार सम्मेलन/अवार्ड समारोह में शामिल होने के लिए आमंत्रित किया जायेगा। प्रविष्टियां संलग्न दस्तावेजों/प्रमाणों आदि की अटैच फाइल के साथ सामान्यतः ईमेल से स्वीकार्य की जाएँगी। 

8, किसी भी कला क्षेत्र की नवोदित/प्रयासरत प्रतिभाएं भी इस सम्मेलन में अपनी सामान्य प्रतिभागिता दर्ज करा सकती हैं। उन्हें भी उनके स्तर के अनुसार आयोजन में सहभागिता का सम्मान प्रदान किया जायेगा।

2. प्रतिभागियों के कला प्रदर्शन और सम्मान के क्षेत्र का निर्णय एक समिति के द्वारा उनकी योग्यता और उपलब्धियों के मद्दे नज़र लिया जायेगा, जो सर्व मान्य होगा ।  

3. मैत्री सम्मेलन एक विशुद्ध अव्यवसायिक/पारिवारिक और मैत्रीय प्रकृति का आयोजन होता है । इसमें मेजबान और मेहमानों के बीच कोई सीमा रेखा नहीं होती..सभी मेहमान होते हैं  और सभी खुद के मेजबान भी अतः विशेष मेहमान नवाजी के हिमायती या नाज़ नखरे वाले व्यक्ति इस आयोजन में शामिल नहीं किये जाते हैं । बशर्ते सभी को मान-सम्मान और आयोजन में स्थान देने का पूरा प्रयास किया जाता है।

5^th Celebration of Hum Sab Sath Sath

Social Media Conference &Talent Award Ceremony 2017

(An opportunity to meet face to face talented friend of virtual world)

It is proposed to organized 5^th Social Media friendship conference on 15^th April,2017 at Ayodhya (Faizabad), UP, India (a world famous religious city) after successful completion on 4^th friendship conference  of 5^th& 6^th March 2016 at beautiful historical & religious place of Rajasthan i.e. Bikaner City. This time we are inviting Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp  social sites account holder’s from India and neighboring countries who believe in world peace and friendship, Talented personalities and different type of artists. Entries are limited and will be alloted on first cum first serve basis. Other detail of the programme given below:

1.       Both Indian and foreign talented personality can participate in this conference, who are involve in literature/Journalism/music/singing/acting/dance/stage show/painting/caricature/ social service etc.

2.       It is necessary to both Indian and foreigner talents, who have working knowledge of Hindi apart from their own language.

3.       There will be almost five session of this one day conference of various talent/participants as introduction/poem recitation program/cultural program (singing/music/dance/humorous ), discussion and award ceremony. An exhibition of paintings/photographs/cartoons etc. will be organize on the same day.  Any participant can send his/her entry for two session on prescribed format. But according to time, his/her selection it would be compulsory to participate at least any one session. He/She has to show his/her talent in any one session.

4.       The topic of award discussion is “The Role of Social Media in development  /publicity of World Friendship and Fraternity.” Apart from it, participant’s views or experiences on social sites in Hindi or English is also invited in near about 250 words. (Note: apart from participation, participants are requested to send their views on any one subject of the above mentioned topic along with their entry.)

5.       There would be free arrangements of logistic on 15^th April 2017 as food and residing in group for the selected participants but they have to manage their conveyance for to and fro on their own cost. Participant, who want to residing before or after  15^th April 2017 on there own expenses, arrangement could be made on demond, if informed well in advance.

6.       The participants, who selected for conference would be gifted momento, certificate etc. for their valuable achievements and specific contribution in the field. and they would be awarded for social media friendship/specific social media talent award 2016.

7.       Interested participants of the above mentioned conference can send/fill their details on the given format. Please send us a single and some specific events photographs/video/(if have) through email given below till 20^th February 2017 . After then, they would be invited according to their capability, in the conference/award ceremony.

Note: Participation in this conference is free of cost for those participants who are participating first time. All arrangements would be free for one person with the teenager (not adult) but if any person is accompanying along with female participants and he/she is not participating or selected.
